The Ultimate Bakery is owned & operated by Shashonta Wilson. Shashonta started baking at Southern Market as a bread baker, where she found her passion for baking. She also worked at Icey Pastry Production, where she worked up under an executive pastry chef and furthered her skills to also include cake decorating. Now the owner of her own bakery, Shashonta is dedicated to pleasing her clients.
